- The Road Warriors fought Wahoo McDaniel & NWA National Tag Team Champion Buzz Sawyer to a double disqualification at around the 8-minute mark when McDaniel hit the referee moments after the Road Warriors double teamed Sawyer in their corner; after the contest, McDaniel & Sawyer cleared the Road Warriors from the ring before McDaniel attempted to go after the referee a second time
