ban his father from WWE TV, and to prove to the Rock at WrestleMania that he has lost his lady parts; Cena went on to say he would remain true to himself
and his convictions; moments later, he said his reaction the previous week was to Kane, not the fans who pay to voice their opinions; Cena went on to
thank the fans until Kane interrupted and said Cena may change his mind later in the show; included a vignette of a young boy and girl in a classroom,
with the phrase "The End Begins Tonight" then appearing; featured a "Did you know?" graphic which read the previous week's Smackdown was the #1 show on
SyFy for the 65th straight week; included a backstage segment with John Laurinaitis and Mike Mizanin speaking about R-Truth's attack on Miz the previous
week, with Laurinaitis saying Miz was scared and he would make sure Truth wouldn't attack Miz during Miz's scheduled match against Sheamus; Miz then
stormed out of the office, not noticing Truth was watching him; Truth then quacked like a duck after Miz was out of the shot; featured a video package
recapping the 1988 Royal Rumble; included a backstage segment with Miz, Nikki & Brie Bella in which Miz asked if they had seen Truth, then carefully

a backstage interview with Dolph Ziggler, alongside Vickie Guerrero, regarding his title shot against WWE World Champion CM Punk; featured a backstage

World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan pinned WWE IC Champion Cody Rhodes in a non-title match at 3:20 with an inside cradle reversal out of a suplex
attempt; after the bout, Bryan stood on the barricade to play to the crowd
Wade Barrett pinned Santino Marella with the Winds of Change sidewalk slam at 1:20; prior to the bout, Barrett cut an in-ring promo about how great his
2012 was since it didn't have Randy Orton in it, then stating he would go on to win the 2012 Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania; after Marella
noted he was in the 2011 match longer than Barrett, he said he would run Barrett over in the 2012 match
Sheamus fought Mike Mizanin to a no contest when Miz jumped Sheamus before the bout, with Sheamus eventually gaining the upperhand and clearing Miz into
the crowd; moments later, R-Truth's voice could be heard before he revealed himself as being just 20 feet up in the stands; Truth went on to say he found
Little Jimmy in the crowd and Little Jimmy didn't like Miz and that Miz needed to "get got;" Miz then escaped back into the ringside area where he
immediately was kicked in the head by Sheamus; moments later, Truth smacked a bottle of water against Miz's head; Truth then walked up the stands as
he said his beatdown was brought to you by Little Jimmy, then giving a little kid next to him the mic to say "Happy New Year, Miz!"
Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero) defeated WWE World Champion CM Punk via count-out at 13:04, after Punk fell out to the floor and injured his arm;
late in the bout, John Laurinaitis came out and spoke with the referee about an exposed turnbuckle as Punk had Ziggler tapping out to the Anaconda Vice;
Laurinaitis was seen pulling down the top rope during the finish, which caused Punk to fall to the floor; after the match, Ziggler took the title belt
and celebrated in the crowd
Nikki & Brie Bella defeated Kelly Kelly & Eve at 2:06 when Eve was pinned with an inside cradle after the Bellas switched places in the ring, moments
after Eve hit the moonsault on the legal Bella
John Cena, the Big Show, & WWE US Champion Zack Ryder defeated Mark Henry & Jack Swagger in a handicap elimination match at 8:23;
Kane was to be part of the Henry & Swagger team but, following Kane's entrance music, David Otunga came out and told the referee that Kane was not
participating and it was now a handicap match; Henry and Show were both counted out at 6:17 after Show scared Henry to the floor and hit him with a
steel chair; Cena pinned Swagger with the FU; after the match, Kane's music started playing, prompting Cena to go out to the floor, not noticing
Kane came from under the ring, assaulted Ryder, and then choked Cena out on the floor; moments later, Kane returned to the ring and tried to pull
Ryder down into the hole with him, with Cena then making the save and pulling him out; a giant flame then shot out of the hole in the ring while
Kane's red lighting and music played as the show ended

1/9/12 - featured an opening in-ring promo by Kane in which he said the fans lived their lives by doing things they really hated, then said
John Cena represented hope, success, and everything the fans aspire to be but cannot; moments later, he noted his attack the previous week on WWE US
Champion Zack Ryder, someone the fans built up and believe in, and that he was looking for consequences for those who do not embrace hate; Cena then
appeared, with the two brawling in the ring, in the aisle, backstage, and outside of the arena; after several minutes, Kane knocked Cena down and then
disappeared; included an in-ring segment with Mike Mizanin and John Laurinaitis, alongside David Otunga, in which Miz said Laurinaitis wasn't protecting
him properly from R-Truth, with Laurinaitis saying that wasn't his problem and he already had big plans with Brodus Clay's return later in the show;
featured a "Did you know?" graphic which read Andre the Giant was the first WWE Hall of Fame inductee, on March 22, 1993; included a video package
announcing Edge would be inducted into the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame, set to "Tonight" by Seether, with comments from Cena, Christian, WWE World Champion

of Truth and his mother before Truth walked out, said he was a good R-Truth, and Little Jimmy told him to let Ricardo go; after Truth asked the crowd
whether he should let Ricardo go, and they said no, he had Ricardo sing "La Cucaracha;" Ricardo then sang it, reluctantly at first before then getting
into it and doing his own remix version; moments later, Ricardo accidentally knocked Truth's mic out of his hand, with Truth hitting the What's Up before
he was then attacked by Miz; Truth eventually fought Miz off and chased him into the crowd; featured a segment in which Justin Roberts introduced
Chris Jericho, noting he was the only man to beat the Rock and Austin in the same night, with Jericho then appearing as he did the week before, playing
to the crowd, going around the ring slapping hands, and then entering the ring with a mic; following a "Y2J" chant, Jericho continued to playing to the
crowd until he suddenly became emotional and cried as the fans slowly began to boo; moments later, Jericho left the ring and returned backstage, not

after the match, Bryan stood on the barricade and announce table to celebrate his win; moments later, the Big Show joined Bryan in the ring and took the
mic, only to be interrupted by Bryan who said the title was too important for their match to have ended the way it did on Smackdown and said he would
give Show a title match whenever he wanted; Show responded by saying Teddy Long already set up a No DQ, no count-out match for the title on Smackdown;
Show then extended his hand to Bryan to shake, with Bryan reluctantly shaking it
Brodus Clay pinned Curt Hawkins with a running crossbody at 1:08; Naomi and Ariane from Tough Enough served as his escorts (Clay's debut as 'the Funkasaurus')
WWE World Champion CM Punk pinned Jack Swagger (w/ Dolph Ziggler & Vickie Guerrero) at 13:49 with the flying elbowsmash;
prior to the bout, John Laurinaitis said if Punk was able to beat Swagger then both Swagger and Vickie would be banned from ringside at the
Royal Rumble, then telling Ziggler he would face John Cena later in the show; the finish came off confusing, making it look as though that
wasn't the planned finish; after the bout, Laurinaitis congratulated Punk on his win before Ziggler was shown watching on from the floor;
in replays, video showed Swagger had his shoulder up during the cover and it was noted by the commentary team
Eve fought WWE Divas Champion Beth Phoenix to a no contest in a non-title match when, following Eve's entrance, Kane's music began to play; moments
later, WWE US Champion Zack Ryder ran to the ring and rushed Eve backstage before Kane appeared; Ryder then ran Eve into her car, only to notice the
tire was flat; Ryder then worked on the tire as Eve sat in the car
Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero) defeated John Cena via count-out around the 6-minute mark after Cena left the match to find Kane backstage;
earlier in the bout, Kane assaulted WWE US Champion Zack Ryder outside the arena, eventually dropping Ryder with a chokeslam onto a wood pallette
several feet below; after Cena walked out of the building, Kane assaulted him and eventually choked him out as the show ended
1/16/12; Anaheim, CA; Honda Center
1/16/12 - featured an opening video paying tribute to Martin Luther King Jr.; included an in-ring promo by Mick Foely in which he said he was
happy to be back at the site of Disney Land, noted he headlined WrestleMania at the same venue, and said he had one more dream; Foley then said he had
two new kids who never got to see their dad in the ring; Foley then said he would be one of the 30 man in the 2012 Royal Rumble; moments later,
Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler interrupted, with Ziggler calling Foley out for taking one of the 30 spots, taking that spot away from a hard-working
WWE superstar who had worked all year long to get in the match; Ziggler then made fun that Foley could be eliminated within seconds, letting down his
family in the process; Foley responded by saying the match was unpredictable and he could just as well pull a high number and planned to win and go back
to WrestleMania; Ziggler then said it would be a letdown if he were to win the WWE World Title only to have to put it up against Foley at WrestleMania;
WWE World Champion CM Punk then interrupted, said he and Foley had a lot in common - that they don't hide behind a woman and they like to do their own
talking; Punk went on to insult Ziggler for having his own hand-picked referee for the Royal Rumble match and said it would be "damn cool" to face Foley
at WrestleMania; as Vickie and Punk argued, John Laurinaitis walked out, said he would be unbaised at the Rumble, and said he would consider Foley's
request to be in the Rumble match only to then reject the offer; Vickie then laughed in Foley's face to end the segment; featured a backstage segment
with Laurinaitis and David Otunga, with Laurinaitis telling someone off camera that it would be Ziggler, Mark Henry, & Otunga against Punk, World Heavyweight
Champion Daniel Bryan, and him; the camera then panned over to show a smiling Chris Jericho; the match was originally scheduled as Punk & Bryan vs.
Henry & Ziggler; included an ad promoting the Las Vegas Smackdown later in the week; featured Josh Matthews conducting a backstage interview with
WWE US Champion Zack Ryder, his ribs taped, alongside Eve in which Eve said Zack should be at home recovering; Ryder then said he was going out to the

Epico won the titles the previous night in Oakland
Jack Swagger (w/ Vickie Guerrero) pinned WWE US Champion Zack Ryder (w/ Eve) to win the title at 3:23 with a gutwrench powerbomb after twice hitting the
move earlier in the bout; prior to Swagger's entrance, footage was shown of Kane attacking Ryder the previous week; Ryder's ribs were heavily taped for
the match; following the commercial break, John Laurinaitis found Ryder and Eve backstage and apologized for having Ryder wrestle when he didn't realize
Ryder wasn't even medically cleared to compete; when Eve spoke up, Laurinaitis told her to shut her mouth
Kelly Kelly & Alicia Fox defeated Nikki & Brie Bella at the 57-second mark when Kelly scored the pin with a roll up after guest ring announcere Perez
Hilton prevented the Bellas from switching places behind the referee's back; during the match, Jerry Lawler accidentally referred to "Perez" as "Paris
Hilton;" after the bout, the Bellas knocked Perez down before they were cleared from the ring by Kelly & Alicia
R-Truth defeated Sheamus, Mike Mizanin, and Wade Barrett in an impromptu battle royal at 4:09; Barrett by Sheamus, Miz, and Truth (1:21);
Sheamus & Miz by Truth as Sheamus tried to eliminate Miz; prior to the bout, Truth attempted an in-ring promo but, before he could speak, Barrett walked out, said he would win the 2012 Royal Rumble, made fun
that Mick Foley wouldn't be in the bout, but noted both he and Truth would be in the Rumble; Truth responded by saying he went to Disney Land earlier in the
day, then showing photos of meeting Mickey and Minnie and Donald Duck; Truth then showed a photo of him meeting Pinnochio, with Pinnochio's nose growing
after saying Barrett would win the Rumble match; Truth then made fun of Pinnochio's nose growing, saying he wasn't sure if it was PG; Miz then
jumped Truth from behind, with the three men fighting each other until Sheamus ran out to make the save; Teddy Long then appeared and ordered the men
to compete in a battle royal; after the bout, Sheamus knocked Miz out with a boot to the face on the floor
John Cena fought WWE US Champion Jack Swagger to a no contest in a non-title match when Cena jumped Swagger before the opening bell and assaulted him
and out of the ring; the crowd then chanted "Let's go, Cena" and "Cena sucks" as Cena continued to attack Swagger on the floor; Cena eventually went to
stomp Swagger's head, as it lay across the steel ring steps, and instead went to crush Swagger with another pair of steps; Kane's music and entrance
then played, with Kane appearing on the big screen and saying he was impressed with Cena's rage and hoped he will have embraced the hate by the time
of the Royal Rumble
Brodus Clay (w/ Naomi and Cameron) pinned JTG at 1:09 with the running crossbody
WWE World Champion CM Punk, World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, & Chris Jericho defeated Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero), Mark Henry, & David Otunga
at 14:10 when an interfering Mick Foley applied the Mandible Claw on Otunga; during his entrance, Bryan took a mic and blamed Big Show for intentionally knocking down AJ in his quest to take Bryan's title; Bryan went on to
say Show shouldn't show his face on Smackdown and he would make him pay if he does; Bryan went on to dedicate his title match against Henry on
Smackdown to AJ; Jericho walked out of the bout at the 7-minute mark after being tagged into the bout; Bryan was assaulted by Henry and was chased
from ringside at the 11-minute mark, with Foley coming out moments later to be Punk's tag team partner; after the contest, John Laurinaitis walked
out and gave the win to Ziggler, Henry, & Otunga before Punk talked back to him, saying he wasn't going to do that and there was nothing he could
do to change it; Punk then noted Laurinaitis's brother was one half of the Road Warriors, was boring, vanilla, and it killed him that he never made
it to WWE as a wrestler; Punk went on to say Laurinaitis didn't have an original thought in his body and he was simply jealous of him; Punk went on
to say he would still be better than him after the Royal Rumble and he would kick his ass; Punk finished by calling Laurinaitis pathetic and left the
ring; moments later, Laurinaitis addressed the crowd, with Foley telling him to admit he was going to screw Punk at the Rumble and that he was a
kiss ass; Laurinaitis then said he would screw Punk, was tired of being disrespected and bullied, and then struck Foley with the microphone

1/23/12 - featured an opening in-ring promo by WWE World Champion CM Punk in which he noted all three of Dolph Ziggler's recent wins over him
were hand delivered by John Laurinaitis, who he then said was a failure and that he sucks at life; Punk then showed footage of Laurinaitis punching
Mick Foley the previous week and threatened to break Laurinaitis's arms to prevent him from being screwed over by a biased referee at the Royal Rumble;
Laurinaitis was then dared to come out and tell Punk to his face what he told Foley the previous week; moments later, John Cena appeared instead, to a
mixed reaction, and called out Laurinaitis for cosing Zack Ryder the WWE US Title, then demanding he give him a match with Kane later in the show, and
then resign; as Punk continued to insult Laurinaitis, Laurinaitis then interrupted and said he stood by his comment the previous week and wouldn't be
intimidated by Punk or Cena; Laurinaitis then said Kane would face Ryder in a falls count anywhere match and, should Cena interfere, Ryder would never
get a US title rematch; Laurinaitis then said Cena and Punk would compete in the opening tag team match, then returned backstage; moments later,
Vickie Guerrero brought out Dolph Ziggler & WWE US Champion Jack Swagger; included an in-ring segment of the Highlight Reel with Chris Jericho in which
he didn't speak, then returned backstage, came out with a T-shirt gun, and shot a T-shirt into the crowd; Jericho then hushed the crowd and showed a
recap of his WWE career dating back to 1999 and going up to 2009; Jericho then continued to hush the crowd before saying it would be the end of the
world as you know it at the Royal Rumble; featured a video package recapping the history of the Royal Rumble; included a backstage segment with
Mick Foley, Zack Ryder - his ribs taped, and Eve in which Foley encouraged Ryder before his match with Kane; after Foley left, Eve tried to talk Ryder
out of the match; moments later, Cena appeared and offered his help, with Ryder telling him to stay out of it because he wanted his WWE US title rematch;
featured Josh Matthews conducting a backstage interview with Mike Mizanin regarding his upcoming match with R-Truth, with Miz noting Big Show, Alex
Riley, and John Morrison already know what it's like to team with Miz and then turn on Miz; Truth then walked in pretending to be with market research
and said the fans keep asking what else was on whenever Miz was on TV, then called Miz WWE's #1 jackass; the two then yelled at each other until
Laurinaitis, with David Otunga, interrupted and said the loser of Miz vs. Truth would be the #1 entrant in the Royal Rumble; included a "Did you know?"
graphic which read the previous week's Smackdown was seen by more people than both of the NBA basketball games on ESPN; featured a video package
recapping the 2007 Royal Rumble, won by the Undertaker; included the announcement that Ryder sustained a broken back in his match against Kane;
featured a backstage segment showing Laurinaitis working out with Otunga giving him an important fax which Laurinaitis read but didn't like;
included a "Did you know?" graphic which read WWE has been granting wishes with the Make-a-Wish Foundation for 30 years and continues to grant 200
wishes a year:
Dolph Ziggler & WWE US Champion Jack Swagger (w/ Vickie Guerrero) defeated WWE World Champion CM Punk & John Cena at 11:09 when Ziggler pinned Punk
with a roll up and grabbing the tights for leverage after Punk knocked John Laurinaitis off the ring apron, as Cena had Swagger in the STFU on the
floor; during their entrance, Ziggler took the mic and told Punk to worry more about him and less about Laurinaitis, with Swagger then telling Cena
he was dead meat for what he did to him the previous week; Laurinaitis remained ringside for the bout; after the contest, Punk took the mic and told
Laurinaitis planned on screwing him at the Rumble just like he planned to beat the hell out of Laurinaitis; Punk then challenged Laurinaitis to, for
one night only, be a WWE superstar and face him later in the show
Kane fought Zack Ryder to a no contest in a falls count anywhere match at around the 12-minute mark when, after Kane dropped Ryder with a chokeslam
through the stage and then stalked Eve, John Cena appeared at the entrance and scared Kane off; Ryder's ribs were heavily taped for the bout;
stipulations stated Cena couldn't interfere in the match or Ryder would never get a WWE US Title rematch; after the bout, Ryder was placed on a
backboard and in a neckbrace; following the commercial break, Ryder was taken backstage on a stretcher and placed into the back of an ambulance;
Cena then said he would take care of it, with Eve blaming Cena, telling him it was all his fault, and she was riding in the ambulance with Ryder;
Josh Matthews then interviewed Cena about what just happened, with Cena glaring at him and slapping the mic out of his hand; Cena then glared at
the cameraman as the show went to commercial; Dean Malenko appeared on camera while Ryder was helped backstage; the segment of the stage was roped
off for the remainder of the show
Sheamus pinned Jinder Mahal with the boot to the face at 3:12; early in the bout, Wade Barrett came out to provide guest commentary for the match;
after the contest, Barrett went to leave ringside before he was challenged to get in the ring by Sheamus; Barrett acted like he would enter but then
backed off; Sheamus then took the mic and told Barrett he would be the last man standing in the ring to win the Royal Rumble
Brodus Clay (w/ Cameron & Naomi) pinned Heath Slater with the running crossbody at the 52-second mark; William Regal provided guest
commentary for the match
R-Truth pinned Mike Mizanin with the What's Up at 8:12; stipulations stated the loser would be the #1 entrant in the Royal Rumble match
WWE World Champion CM Punk fought John Laurinaitis (w/ David Otunga) to a no contest in a non-title match;
during Laurinaitis's entrance, it was noted he was a champion in All Japan Pro Wrestling and wrestled the likes of Steve Williams and Stan Hansen;
after coming to the ring, Laurinaitis had Otunga read the fax they received earlier in the show from the board of directors which called into question
his actions as Raw interim GM and his status was under review; the fax also read he would have a formal job evaluation the next week to see whether
he keeps the job or is terminated, and the evaluation would be from Triple H; Punk then said now nothing was stopping him from kicking the teeth out

that travelled the world and became a star before he arrived in WWE, despite where promoters wanted to put him on the show, which led to him
having a chip on his shoulder; Jericho then said Punk had become just like him and wanted to be just like him; Punk replied by saying he
didn't steal from anyone, noting Bret Hart was saying he was the best there is, was, and ever will be back when Jericho "was 2 years old,"

floor, landing repeated elbows to the side of the head, kicking Christian in the head, hitting a Go To Sleep into the steel ring steps, and then locking Christian in the Anaconda Vice until referees forced
him away; Punk repeatedly yelled, "This is you, Jericho!" and reapplied the hold until referees again pulled him away; following the commercial break, it was

and challenged Rhodes to come back to the ring or he would go backstage and bring him back out; moments later, Eve walked out and told Show to apologize for making
fun of John Laurinaitis's voice earlier in the show, then reminding Show that there wasn't much demand for him outside of the industry; Show then apologized and

Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero & Jack Swagger) pinned WWE Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston (w/ WWE Tag Team Champion R-Truth) at 2:40 with the Zig Zag after
Swagger pushed Kingston off the middle turnbuckle behind the referee's back; prior to the bout, Guerrero introduced Ziggler from the entrance stage

Sheamus accidentally kicked Orton in the face when Jericho moved out of the way; Ricardo Rodriguez served as ADR's ring announcer for the match; Sheamus's
shoulder was heavily taped for the match; after the contest, Jericho held the title belt on the floor before bragging to the commentary team that he should
be the champion; moments later, Sheamus helped Orton to his feet, with Orton then dropping Sheamus with the RKO

Daniel Bryan & Lord Tensai defeated WWE World Champion CM Punk in a non-title handicap match at 6:58 when Tensai scored the pin with the STO into the claw;
during Punk's entrance, John Laurinaitis walked out and said the previously scheduled Punk vs. Tensai match would now be a handicap match; after the match,
Bryan assaulted Punk and put him in the Yes Lock as the show ended

interference from the Big Show; moments later, Eve interrupted from the entrance stage and introduced Laurinaitis, who drove out in a scooter and using a crutch;
Laurinaitis then took the mic and discussed the multiple injuries he sustained in the match with Cena; he then said Cena or no one else could touch him again or
they would be terminated, then introducing Big Show; Laurinaitis said he rehired Show on Saturday, then adding Cena would face Show at No Way Out; Show then
took the mic and discussed being fired the previous week and crying on national television, then telling the fans they had no right to judge him; Show finished
by saying he would knock Cena out at No Way Out; after Show returned backstage, David Otunga came out and said he too would beat Cena, with Cena warning him to
go backstage and watch reruns of 'Law & Order' because he would hurt him in the ring; Otunga then dedicated the opening match to Laurinaitis; included a

Randy Orton defeated Alberto Del Rio via disqualification at 7:20 when Chris Jericho slid in the ring and dropped Orton with the Codebreaker;
as Ricardo Rodriguez introduced ADR before the bout, WWE US Champion Santino Marella interrupted, insulted Rodriguez, and hit him with the Cobra before
introducing ADR himself; prior to ADR's entrance, it was noted Raw would celebrate its 1,000 episode -- and move to a 3-hour format -- beginning July 23;
upon ADR's entrance, Marella ran backstage; during Orton's entrance, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler discussed Big Show's return to WWE, with Cole saying Show
did not resign with the company until the early morning hours, thus John Laurinaitis's win over John Cena would stand; after the match, Jericho took the mic
and repeated he was the best in the world at what he does before hitting the Codebreaker twice more
Daniel Bryan defeated Kane via disqualification in an impromptu match at 1:49 when Kane stole a steel chair away from Bryan at ringside and repeatedly hit him
with it; prior to the bout, Bryan cut an in-ring promo in which he said he should be the new WWE World Champion after making Punk tap out at Over the Limit,
then demanding a rematch; moments later, Punk walked out, praised the match, and noted he pinned Bryan in the contest; Punk then showed footage of
what happened between them and Kane on Smackdown before introducing Kane as Bryan's opponent; Punk provided guest commentary for the match; late in the bout,
Punk took the chair and attempted to hit Kane with it, only for Bryan to take the chair instead; after the match, Kane twice dropped Bryan with the chokeslam
in the ring; after Kane left ringside, Punk entered the ring and applied the Anaconda Vice on Bryan, with Bryan quickly tapping out

the Big Show briefly watched the match from the entrance stage; after the bout, WWE World Champion CM Punk, Brodus Clay, WWE US Champion
