Tonight’s Guest Host: BASEBALL LEGEND PETE ROSE

Shawn Michaels hits the ring as we catch a replay of what happened on Friday Night Smackdown where Shawn delivered some Sweet Chin Music to the Undertaker after he OWNED Drew McIntyre. Shawn says he’s got a feeling. Please don’t start singing Black Eyed Peas. Okay, good. He’s got the same feeling when he threw Marty Jannetty through the barber shop window and the same feeling he had going into WrestleMania 12 when he beat Bret Hart for the WWF title. That same feeling is what will carry him into WrestleMania 26 against the Undertaker. He denies the claims he makes on his own DVD My Journey that he’s going to retire soon. Clear off some space on that DVD shelf, because there’s going to be a My Journey Volume 2! Forget all of his prior nicknames, he will solely be known as the man who ended the Undertaker’s WrestleMania win streak. OFF GO THE LIGHTS! A video montage shows off Shawn’s entire career up to last year when the Undertaker defeated him at WrestleMania. At the end of the video, there’s a voice over of the Undertaker saying “Shawn Michaels career will REST IN PEACE.” And then there’s a graphic saying Shawn Michaels Career: 1985-2010. Nice job, Undertaker! I didn’t know you were so handy at making videos! HBK is less than intimidated, so he calls the Undertaker out. Instead, he gets the MLB on FOX music and out comes Pete Rose. The man doesn’t look well. He makes a match for Shawn to take on Kane in a ‘pinfall/submission only’ match. It’s more about Pete getting revenge for all the times Kane beat him up, but hey Shawn is definitely down for it.

Tonight on Raw, we will see the Batista-Cena FINAL FACE OFF.

WWE US Champion The Miz vs. John Morrison
This is non-title. R-Truth and Big Show join Cole & Lawler at the commentary table. Miz and Morrison stare each other to make this seem special. Morrison grounds Miz with a front headlock until he cowers into the ropes. Miz slaps Morrison, so Morrison slaps him back and boots him to the floor for an ASAI MOONSAULT~! Big Show looks concerned. BRB COMMERCIALS. We return to see Miz clamping on a neck wrench. Morrison ducks a field goal kick when he’s down on the mat and rolls up Miz for two. Too bad he stands up into a boot though. Morrison fights out of the neck wrench again and catches Miz charging with a flapjack. Running knee strike gets 1-2-NO! Morrison is like a CAT! He slides under Miz and trips him up to go to the top rope only for Miz to crotch him up. Morrison punches back and hits a sunset flip powerbomb. That sets up Miz for STARSHIP PAIN for the 1-2-3! (5:00 shown) This showed some potential for a future Miz-Morrison singles feud if this goes anywhere at a time of year where there’s more angles and talking than wrestling. They had the crowd rocking there for a while for real. Afterwards, the two teams get into a scuffle. When Big Show gets mad, R-Truth and Morrison walk away with smiles. **½

Randy Orton stops by Triple H while he’s slapping on his knee braces. What makes him think Hunter wants to talk to him? Randy is all, “OH yeah. Good point.” Basically, Orton will watch Hunter’s back if he’ll watch his because WrestleMania is this weekend and they are both SO excited!!!1

The San Francisco 49ers are here! They’re mediocre!

They show Cena-Batista from the Elimination Chamber PPV.

Kofi Kingston vs. Vladimir Kozlov – “Money in the Bank” Qualifier
Jack Swagger joins Cole & Lawler for some reason. This match puts to rest the “Why isn’t Kofi Kingston at WrestleMania?” business. Stick-and-move fails for Kingston early as Kozlov catches him with the Al Snow headbutts and shoots him over with a B2B suplex for two. Kofi slips out of the Canadian Backbreaker, but runs into a fallaway slam. Kozlov tries to powerslam Kingston out of the corner, but Kofi turns that around into a swinging DDT. TROUBLE IN PARADISE connects for the 1-2-3. (2:21) TEN people in the ‘Money in the Bank’ ladder match? That’s just seriously too many people. With that many people (unless like eight of them go through tables off 20 foot ladders), realistically that match could never end. ½*

In case it wasn’t clear last week, Cole & Lawler announce that Stu Hart is officially going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame Class of 2010 this Saturday night at 11pm EST on USA Network.

Flashback to last week when Sheamus attacked Triple H again and Legacy beat up Orton again.

Triple H & Randy Orton vs. Sheamus, Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes – 3-on-2 Handicap Match
Before the match, Legacy gets on the mic. DiBiase doesn’t care who wins as long as Randy Orton loses. However, Cody Rhodes feels a little different about that, but its time for a match. Like a good Triple H, he destroys Legacy to start. He knocks Sheamus off the apron, but turns into a dropkick and rolls out to the floor to meet Sheamus for some barricade action. Back in, HHH actually plays face-in-peril. It’ll be interesting to see what Orton does because it could mean a full blown face turn in his future. HHH hits the SPINEBUSTER on Rhodes and makes the HOT TAG TO ORTON! He completely owns everybody and gets such a great reaction from the crowd. He sets up for the RKO on Sheamus, but instead tries a DDT on Cody when he comes leaning through the ropes. To break that up, Sheamus runs over with the Bicycle Kick for the 1-2-3. (5:03) Sheamus feels like a champ as Legacy rolls in Triple H, but HHH ducks the Bicycle Kick and clotheslines Sheamus out. PLAY THAT MOTORHEAD! Pretty decent tag match. **

More Cena-Batista videos to hype the Final Face Off.

WrestleMania Week Itinerary! Wednesday is the WrestleMania Art Expo, Thursday is the opening day of WrestleMania Axxess and don’t forget the WrestleMania Reading Rally, Friday is the WrestleMania Pro-Am Golf Tournament and the THQ Superstar Challenge, Saturday night is the Hall of Fame ceremony at 11pm EST on USA Network, and Sunday night of course is WrestleMania 26 starting at 7pm EST LIVE only on PPV!

Recap of last week’s Bret-Vince contract signing is shown.

Here comes Bret Hart walking tall. He comes out to promise his fans that WrestleMania 26 will be the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be for the fact that he will finally get his hands on Vince McMahon in a No Holds Barred match. As Bret starts to leave, out comes Vince McMahon just to say, “You’re screwed.” Bret’s like REALLY?

Shawn Michaels vs. Kane – Must Be A Winner
Kane boots Shawn around to start. Stalling suplex gets two. Shawn chops back, but gets caught with a side slam for two. Shawn catches Kane trying the flying clothesline and similar to Chris Benoit, he pulls him into the Crippler Crossface. Ugh. Kane reaches the ropes and goozles Shawn, but he elbows out and grabs an anklelock. Once again, Kane finds the ropes. VINTAGE SHAWN MICHAELS COMEBACK~! Shawn tries to tune up the band and the lights go down again. The lights come back on and Undertaker is in the ring instead of Kane. CHOKESLAM! UT stands over Shawn glaring at him like a crazy person and the lights go off again so UT can change back into Kane. Cover by Kane, 1-2-NO! Kane wants the TOMBSTONE, but Shawn slips out and connects with SWEET CHIN MUSIC for the real 1-2-3. (5:27) I’m sorry but Kane is a nobody. We’re exactly where we were before the match even started. ¾*

Even more Cena-Batista videos.

Our final Hall of Fame inductee is announced. It’s “Mr. Baseball” Bob Uecker! Most of the kids have no clue who he is, but he was at WrestleMania 3 and 4 as a color commentator and a backstage interviewer. You may recall a clip of Andre the Giant choking him. Anyways, he’s most known for calling Milwaukee Brewers games on the radio and also his part in the Major League movies of the late 80s. He’ll be inducted by NBC Universal sports chairman Dick Ebersol.

Cole & Lawler run down the entire WrestleMania 26 card.

WWE Champion: Batista© vs. John Cena
World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Jericho© vs. Edge
Career vs. Streak – No-DQ Match: The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels
No Holds Barred: Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon
Triple H vs. Sheamus
Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes
If Rey loses, he joins the SES: CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio
Unified Tag Team Champions: The Miz & Big Show© vs. John Morrison & R-Truth
Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Christian vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Kane vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Jack Swagger vs. MVP vs. Matt Hardy vs. Evan Bourne vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Kofi Kingston

Christian hangs out with Pete Rose in the back. Rose makes a San Francisco Giants joke about *not* winning championships. As Christian steps away and Pete Rose begins to walk into his office, a red light shines through the door and Kane pulls Rose inside to presumably beat the crap out of him. Christian stands by the door and cringes at every bang and boom.

Maryse, Michelle McCool, & Layla (w/Vickie Guerrero & Alicia Fox) vs. Beth Phoenix, Gail Kim, & Eve (w/Mickie James & Kelly Kelly)
Gail Kim is a ROLL all over the opposing team until McCool counters a quick rollup and out of that, hits the FAITH BREAKER (Styles Clash) out of nowhere for the 1-2-3. (:57) That was a pretty sweet finish if nothing else. ¼*

Next week’s guest hosts for the post-WrestleMania Raw will be the cast of Hot Tub Time Machine. YES. Even though the graphic only shows Rob Corddry and Clark Duke, if Craig Robinson shows up I will be a happy man.

Batista heads to the ring with a team of security people. Straight up, Cena is going to lose. He’s just being honest. He doesn’t want to give all the people in the audience that he cares nothing about false hope. John Cena comes out and I believe the fans are chanting ‘You can’t wrestle’ to the WrestleMania main event. Yikes. An unconfident John Cena admits that he feels he has no chance of beating Batista at WrestleMania. Batista says John is just like everybody in the audience – he’s a loser. Cena agrees that he is just like everybody in the audience – he’s sick of Batista’s CRAP. Now Cena starts to gain some confidence when he realizes that if Batista was any good at what he does, he wouldn’t need security surrounding him. Off come the shades and now that John Cena can look Batista in the eyes, he sees that Batista is merely human. So what was he before? The Terminator? Cena says that Dave Batista the man needs to know that he’s taking back the WWE championship at WrestleMania. Batista tries to get a rise out of Cena and does so. There’s the cue for the classic pull apart brawl. Johnny Ace even bothers to come out! WHOA. Cena stands tall in the ring all REVVED UP as we go off the air.
