The 1-2-3 Kid (w/ Ted Dibiase) pinned Hakushi with a spin kick after Dibiase pushed Hakushi off the top;
earlier in the bout, Marty Jannetty came ringside in an attempt to get at the Kid but was held back by
officials; after the bout, as Jerry Lawler attempted to interview Dibiase and the Kid at ringside, Jannetty
came out again and was soon attacked from behind by Psycho Sid who then hit the powerbomb on the floor
Savio Vega fought Skip (w/ Sunny) to a no contest when Diesel interrupted the match, attacking Skip on the floor,
and cut a promo at ringside, saying that after losing the title the previous night he was happy he no longer had
to be the corporate puppet Vince McMahon forced him to be during his title reign
Shawn Michaels fought Owen Hart (w/ Jim Cornette & Mr. Fuji) to a no contest when Michaels collapsed after
posing in the ring (the collapse was later attributed to Hart's enzuiguri executed moments prior); moments later,
referee Earl Hebner checked on Shawn, asking if he could hear his voice, as Owen and Cornette talked in the corner;
EMTs rushed the ring in an attempt to revive him as several officials, including WWF President Gorilla Monsoon,
Vince McMahon, Pat Patterson, Dave Hebner, Rene Goulet, and JJ Dillon looked on (Michaels' last match for 2 months)

was suffering post-concusion syndrome; included the return of the Brother Love Show after more than a 4-year absence,
with guest WWF World Champion Bret Hart; after speaking on Diesel, the Undertaker, and Davey Boy Smith, Hart was jumped
from behind by Bob Backlund who quickly applied the Crossface Chicken Wing until referees swarmed the ring;
featured the announcement WWF IC Champion Razor Ramon & Marty Jannetty would face Psycho Sid & the 1-2-3 Kid at
In Your House; included the announcement Razor would face Dean Douglas the following week:
Ahmed Johnson pinned Rad Radford with the Pearl River Plunge at 2:46; Bob Backlund was shown campaigning in the crowd during the
match; it was announced during the match, Ahmed would face Dean Douglas at In Your House;
after the bout, Jerry Lawler interviewed Ahmed at ringside, with Douglas interrupting moments later and having to be
held back by officials when Ahmed challenged him to a fight then and there
Tomoko Wannabe & Aja Kong defeated WWF Women's Champion Alundra Blayze & Kyoko Inoue when Kong pinned Inoue with the
spinning backhand blow (Blayze's last appearance; on 12/18/95, she appeared on WCW Monday Nitro with the women's
title and dropped it in a trash can at the beginning of the show)

upcoming non-title match against Bret Hart; when Backlund found out it was
non-title, Lawler had to keep the microphone between he and Backlund to make
sure he didn't end up in the Crossface Chicken Wing; Backlund's audio was
eventually cut off when he wouldn't stop rambling; moments later, Backlund found
the sound engineer and applied the hold on him for cutting his mic; included Dok
Hendrix announcing Diesel had accepted Owen Hart's open challenge; included King
Mabel as a guest of the Brother Love Show in which Brother Love and Sir Mo
surprised Mabel with the Undertaker's vandalized and spray-painted casket;
featured a closing segment in which Dr. Unger, Shawn Michaels' doctor, gave a
poor prognosis on Shawn's condition which led to a short video package narrated
by Vince McMahon which highlighted the fact that these men who do superhuman
feats in the ring to entertain the crowd are mere mortals like everyone

regarding his condition; Michaels said he wasn't feeling side effects and was up for getting back into the ring but was being told no by the
doctors and other higher ups; Pettengill then discussed Michaels' WWF career, noting he never was WWF World Champion; Pettengill then brought
up Michaels possibly having to retire due to the injury, with Michaels then taking offense to the question and saying Pettengill was just trying
to get his reaction on camera; moments later, he said the WWF was his life, not his livlihood, and chose not to dignify the question with a response;
featured Vince McMahon conducting an in-ring interview with Ted Dibiase, the 1-2-3 Kid, and Psycho Sid regarding their upcoming tag team match
at In Your House against WWF IC Champion Razor Ramon & Marty Jannetty:

Ahmed Johnson pinned Rick Stockhauser with the Pearl River Plunge; after the bout, Jerry Lawler attempted to interview Ahmed,
relaying to him what Dean Douglas had been saying behind his back, but Ahmed told Lawler to go back and sit down
WWF World Champion Bret Hart defeated Bob Backlund via disqualification in a non-title match when Davey Boy Smith interfered as the champion

Jeff Jarrett at the Royal Rumble and that Jarrett would not participate in the
Rumble match itself; included Ted Dibiase as a guest of the Brother Love Show in
which he spoke of the debut of Xanta Claus the night previous as well as hinting
toward bringing back the Million $ Championship; featured the debut of the Shawn

attacked Jarrett as Jarrett had the figure-4 applied on his opponent (Jarrett's

WWF IC Champion Razor Ramon defeated Yokozuna via
count-out when the Undertaker and Paul Bearer came ringside with the casket,
causing Yoko to escape backstage; during the bout, Goldust watched on from the
entranceway; after the bout, Dok Hendrix interviewed Razor at ringside regarding
the contents of the letter given to him last night by Goldust but Razor decided
not to share them since children watch the show; Jerry Lawler, who claimed to
have the letter, also refused to share what it read
