Steve Regal & Dave Taylor defeated Bobby Walker & Jim Powers (w/ Teddy Long) at 4:32 when Taylor pinned Powers with a butterfly suplex after Regal blocked Powers' attempt at a monkey flip to Taylor out of the corner; during the bout, the commentary team noted a gag order preventing them from discussing the events of Starrcade
